Nikah ceremony of Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib (who is also the Vice Patron in Chief of TDF) was held in Johar Town, Lahore on Friday.
Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen along with Sahibzada Sultan Mohammad Murtaza Najib, their family members and other distinguished members of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr set off from Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen House to Johar Town, Lahore to attend the ceremony.
The head administrator of Tehreek Dawat e Faqr, Naeem Abbas Sarwari Qadri received Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen and his companions at the venue. Dr Hasnain Mehboob welcomed Sahibzada Murtaza Najib by conferring a specially made garland. Amongst others, Malik Zaheer Abbas and Malik Karamat Ali were also present to welcome the guests.
Once everyone seated, Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen asked for the Nikah ceremony to begin. Maulana Mohammad Aslam had the honour to read the Nikah sermon and also made a supplication afterwards. The guests and attendees congratulated Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen and Sahibzada Murtaza Najib after the formalities of the Nikah. They served specially made sweets to the guests. This followed by a grand buffet.
In the end, Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen said farewell to the hosts and headed back to Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen House along with Sahibzada Murtaza Najib and other guests.
