Imam-e-Mobeen Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen
Introduction to Imam-e-Mobeen
Imam-e-Mobeen is formed with two words whereby Imam refers to king, leader or guide whereas Mobeen means obvious, illuminating, and prominent.
Some interpreters have taken Imam-e-Mobeen to be Guarded Tablet (al-Lawh al-Mahfooz). In the Quranic exegesis by Ibn Kathir it’s written,
“Everything is recorded and accounted in the guarded tablet.”
According to the perfect Mystics and Fakirs, “Imam-e-Mobeen” is the one who is spiritually directing the system of the universe. This is the station of the Universal Divine Man (al-Insan al-Kamil) and Imam (spiritual leader) of the era.

Allah Mentions Imam-e-Mobeen in Quran
Allah says in the Quran:
Meaning:
And We have encompassed everything in the Imamin Mubin. (36:12)
It is written in the book ‘’Sufism-The Soul of Islam’’ authored by Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman, the Imam of Sarwari Qadri Order, the Imam of this Era, the Universal Divine Man, the perfect Fakir who is the master of all realms, the perfect spiritual guide, the absolute light of guidance:
In this verse, Imam-e-Mobeen refers to the Universal Divine Man and Allah has secured all His commands, orders everything created in this Universe in a Guarded Tablet which is the heart of the Universal Divine Man.
The inward of the Universal Divine Man is the place where Light of Divine Essence resides and its vastness cannot be comprehended.
According to a Hadith:
The inward of believer is the throne of Allah.
Hence, according to the Fakirs and Sufis, Imam-e-Mobeen does not refer to a tangible book or Imam. In fact it is that sole perfect personality who has been chosen by Allah for the betterment of humanity.
Vicegerent of Prophet Mohammad
Imam-e-Mobeen is the one who at simultaneously is the vicegerent of the Prophet, the representative of Allah on earth, the expression of Divine Name as well as the man of Divine Essence, knows about all destinies, the perfect manifestation of the theophanies of the Divine commands and the source of guidance. His greatest side is known as the Universal Divine Man (al-Insan al-Kamil) who is only one in every era.
Abd al-Karim al-Jili states in ‘’Insan-e-Kamil’’ :
The Universal Divine Man is the celestial pole around whom the whole universe of existence revolves from pre-existence till eternal end. Ever since the beginning of existence till eternity, he is unique entity appearing in different physical dresses in different ages each with a new name that would not go for another of his dress. His actual name is Mohammad, filial appellation is Abu al-Qasim, his epithet is Abdullah and his title is Shamsuddin. In accordance to each physical dress he has different names. In every era, he is given a name according to the particular age.

Allama ibn Arabi elaborates this further in his book Fusus al-Hikam:
From pre-existence till eternity the Holy Prophet keeps changing his physical dresses in every era and only in the beings of ‘perfect individuals’ does he manifest himself.
Sultan-ul-Arifeen Sultan Bahoo says:
The Holy Prophet is the Universal Divine Man while all other (Companions, Fakirs, Saints) have attained levels (of perfection and proximity to Allah) through him according to their status. (Ain-ul-Faqr)
The enchanting existence of the Universal Divine Man is the maze of treasure of the Divine Name and Essence. (Nur-ul-Huda Kalan/The Light of Divine Guidance)
Shabeeh-e-Ghaus-ul-Azam, Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen states:
In the Sarwari Qadri order when the seeker annihilates himself in ‘’Hoo’’ and there remains nothing in his esoteric and exoteric self except ‘’Hoo’’ then he reaches the status of:
Meaning: Only the Divine Essence is manifested in the physical and spiritual self.
Now he becomes the Fakir who is the master of the universe and the Universal Divine Man who is the spiritual successor of Prophet Mohammad. He is the perfect spiritual guide possessing the light of guidance. This successor of Prophet Mohammad is present in every era denoting that the Mohammadan Reality manifests every time with a different countenance through his successors, vicegerents and heirs.

Those He chooses for Himself, he adds the seed of Divine love in their initial raw form that manifests in their era in the perfect form. Then through his mediation, Allah regulates the system (of the Universe). In the present era, Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman is the perfect and comprehensive example of Imam-e-Mobin. It is a reality that the qualities of his essence and attributes and exalted spiritual station of sainthood are infinite. These cannot be confined within the limitations of words yet for the readers, a brief introduction is being written. For the sincere Divine lovers, one hint is enough; for the narcissists even an entire ocean feels like a drop.
Perfect Spiritual Guide-Light of Guidance
Sultan Bahoo says:
The spiritual guide imparts gnosis and Divine vision to the seeker. He makes the seeker disgusted of the carrion world and repent thousand times from it. Perfect spiritual guide is the one who manifests the gnosis and Divine vision through the contemplation of Ism-e-Allah Zaat and then returns to Ism-e-Allah Zaat. From beginning till end nothing is out of Ism-e-Allah Zaat and it never will be.

Perfect Spiritual Guide is that guide who not only improves the outer aspects of his disciples but also rectifies their inward, self and soul. Then he takes them to proximity with Allah enlightening them with Divine vision and gnosis. Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is stationed at the grand status of being the perfect spiritual guide who is comprehensive Divine light of guidance. He enlightens the inwards of his disciples with Divine light through his perfect sight and invocation and contemplation of Ism-e-Allah Zaat. He elevates them spiritually to the extent that they are able to enter the Mohammadan Assembly which proves that he is actually the Imam-e-Mobeen.
Hidden Knowledge
Allama ibn al-Arabi says:
Imam-e-Mobeen is the manifestation of Divine knowledge. Even in the spiritual depths, he is able to identify the Divine truth.
(Fusus al-Hikam)
Allah says:
And they found a servant from among Our servants to whom we had given mercy from us and had taught him from Us a [certain] knowledge.
(18:65)
Allah only reveals His sacred knowledge upon chosen confidants. My perfect spiritual guide Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has written amazing books on Faqr, Tasawuf (Sufism), Gnosis and Divine reality that reflect his command over Divine knowledge and hidden knowledge. These books are so unique and valuable that the spiritual as well as outer state of the reader starts to change positively opening the paths of the Divine reality. This proves that he is the trustee of Divine Secret, vicegerent of Prophet Mohammad pbuh and Imam-e-Mobeen.
Heir of Mohammadan Faqr
The spiritual value of Imam-e-Mobeen is that he is the Mohammadan successor and the vicegerant of the Holy Prophet pbuh. Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is the 31st perfect Sheikh of the supreme spiritual Sufi order, Sarwari Qadri. The beginning of the Sarwari Qadri order started with the Master of the Universe, the Holy Prophet pbuh whereby he transferred his pride i.e. the heritage of Mohammadan Faqr and this treasure would remain within this spiritual order till the Day of Judgment. Regarding Faqr, he says:
“Faqr is my pride and Faqr is from me and because of Faqr, I am supreme over all Prophets and Messengers.”
The Holy Prophet pbuh transferred this heritage of Faqr (the soul of Islam) to the Door of Faqr i.e. Ali ibn Abi Talib. Hence, this Sufi order passed from Ali ibn Abi Talib to Hasan of Basra to Sheikh Abdul Qadir Jilani to Sultan Bahoo and through Sultan-ul-Faqr VI Sultan Mohammad Asghar Ali reached Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen Sultan Mohammad Najib-ur-Rehman. Only the trustee and owner of the treasure distributes it. Not only Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen openly revealed the Mohammadan Faqr through his countless struggles but also practically transferred it which is only possible for Imam-e-Mobeen.
Hence, Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen’s presence is exemplary of Sun of Faqr (Aftab-e-Faqr) through which the true seekers are enlightening their inwards by the Light of Mohammadan Faqr.

Manifestation of the Theophanies of Ism-e-Allah Zaat
The Holy Prophet pbuh says:
When Faqr is accomplished, there is Allah.
(Ain-ul-Faqr/The Soul of Faqr)
Hence, Imam-e-Mobeen is the perfect manifestation of Ism-e-Allah Zaat (the Personal Name of Allah). Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen graces the station of fana fi Hoo Fakir (Fakir annihilated in Hoo) – the Master of Universe. The theophanies of Truth simultaneously reveal through his behaviour, character and actions. The Divine lovers witness this in depth and enlighten their inward through Divine Light. This is the identity of Imam-e-Mobeen.

As the Ism-e-Allah reflects the perfect entity
Centre of Guidance
In every era, Imam-e-Mobeen is appointed by Allah for the betterment of humanity and he is the center of betterment of humanity. As Allah says:
Surely We give life to the dead, and We write down what they have presented and their works and We have recorded everything in Imam-e-Mubin.
(36:12)
Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has dedicated all his life for the betterment of humanity which is evident through how Faqr has spread worldwide, his contributions in the written and published teachings of Faqr and also the sensible and optimized usage of all forms of sources of information such as social media and internet at large to spread the message of Truth. Undoubtedly, the increasing number of seekers of Allah are a proof that the centre and axis of achieving Mohammadan heritage of Faqr is Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen. He is the Imam-e-Mobeen appointed by Allah for the betterment of humanity.
Spiritual Imam
Imam-e-Mobeen is the one who spiritually changes his disciples. Sultan-ul-Arifeen Sultan Bahoo says:
The perfect Mystic (Man of Divine Essence) of (Sarwari) Qadri order is omnipotent and omnipresent.

xSultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is the perfect Sarwari Qadri spiritual guide. He protects and guides his disciples in all spiritual and physical matters at the same time despite the physical nearness or distance of space. He benefits all of them through his spiritual sight. Through his perfect spiritual sight, his disciples break free from evil, satanic whispers and other obstacles allowing them to enter the sacred Mohammadan Assembly. This is the reason why through his company and supreme spiritual power, countless disciples spiritual reach station of agreeing to Allah’s will, perfect their Tawakkal (complete trust) on Allah and purity of intention. Many of them have spiritually seen the Holy Prophet while some have had the honour of entering the Mohammadan Assembly. Many disciples have witnessed the presence and guidance of Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen through dreams, Divine inspiration (ilham), unveiling and spiritual instincts when they have faced difficulties. This is the identity of Imam-e-Mobeen. Its evidence is published in the chapter Mureedain k Mushahidat aur Asrat (experiences of disciples) of the book Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen.
Station of Oneness
Oneness (Tawhid) does not only imply believing in one God. In fact it actually means to spiritually let go of everything and everyone except Allah i.e. only Allah resides in the inner world of an individual. The highest degree of Oneness is of Divine Essence which is only suited to Imam-e-Mobeen because he has witnessed Allah and gained perfect proximity to Allah. The presence, sight, actions and every aspect of the life of Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen manifests this. His level is that of لِیْ مَعَ اللّٰہ ہ:
His grandeur is کُلَّ یَوْمٍ ھُوَ فِیْ شَاْنٍ.
His life is exactly according to these Hadiths:
Some of Allah’s chosen individuals are those who are neither Prophets nor martyrs yet on the Day of Judgement, the Prophets and martyrs will desire to be in their place.
It is the attribute of the companions of Allah that their speech, breath, clothing, residence, the dust of their feet and all the places where they have visited even if for a moment, have immense amount of blessing for others. (Minhaj al-Abideen)
Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has always left the materialistic things following the phrase of Sultan Bahoo, “Only Allah, everything other than Allah is lust.” This is the reason for why even when the most common man pledges allegiance to him, his focus shifts towards Allah.
Unlimited Spiritual Power
The thinking of a common individual revolves around physical needs and desires whereas the knowledge and capability of Imam-e-Mobeen is not limited to the physical or tactile objects or beings. In fact he has power over all the creation and created things. Because Imam-e-Mobeen is the manifestation of Mohammadan Light, owner of hidden knowledge and command of Allah, hence, his spiritual power is beyond the boundaries of time and space.
In the book Shan Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen/My Experience with Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen, that the spiritual power of Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen cannot be expressed through words. He uses his spiritual powers to resolve countless matters of his disciples (both men and jinns) and brings goodness for them. While their enemies have to face the evil. First, he exercises power in several matters of a disciple, then in every matter he manifests his power in countless ways developing the faith of seeker upon the spiritual guide.

Mujaddid-e-Deen/Reviver of Religion
Mujaddid is an Arabic word which literally means the giver of new life or one who renews it. Mujaddid means that entity who at the beginning of every century, revitalizes the Islam according to Quran, Sunna, Sharia, and Mysticism purifying it from innovations or heresy (bid’ah), sects and other such extraneous elements. In every era, there exists a Mujaddid and Imam-e-Mobeen who renovates religion according to the demands of his era for the betterment of humanity.
Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen has spread the teachings of Ism-e-Allah Zaat –that were limited from centuries making them easy to understand and implement in a way that it leads to spiritual elevation. He has enlivened the soul of Mohammadan Faqr. For the spiritual elevation of humanity, he created Khanqah Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen and Masjid-e-Zahra. Here anyone, without any discrimination, can acquire the company of Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen for inner purification. He has taken out humanity from divisions of sects uniting them through spiritual oneness.
His teaching is “Only Allah, everything other than Allah is lust.”
His instruction is “Run towards Allah” (51:50)
which is the real soul of Islam.
Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is perfect, comprehensive and accomplished at every level of sharia, tariqa (Mysticism), haqiqa (Reality), and marifa (Gnosis). All his attributes are the complete reflection of Divine attributes. His sainthood and spiritual achievements are unparalleled. Undoubtedly, his personality is the explanation of the Hadith:
When I Love him, I become his hearing with which he hears, and his sight with which he sees, and his hand with which he strikes, and his foot with which he walks.
(Bukhari 963)
Alone or surrounded, the best discussion and conversation is that which revolves around you;
But from where should I find such words, from where should I find such expression;
Through which I would be able to express that your attributes are supreme;
My thoughts and actions unite on the point that your presence is supreme;
Whatever I have achieved is due to you, whatever I have learnt is because of you;
I cannot measure how much I have achieved because you have bestowed so much on me, only Allah knows the length of your supremacy;
I only see you and I only know you,
Everything I have known is only through you;
My existence of my identity in this world is only because your presence is supreme

Q1) Who is Imam-e-Mobeen?
Imam-e-Mobeen is one who is spiritually directing the system of the Universe. Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen is the Imam-e-Mobeen. Through Sultan-ul-Faqr VII Sultan-ul-Ashiqeen’s perfect spiritual sight, his disciples break free from evil, satanic whispers and other obstacles allowing them to enter the sacred Mohammadan Assembly.
